1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using wpwebs.gosite.me ("Website") or our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree, please refrain from using our services.

3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information for project execution.
Make timely payments as per agreed plans.
Not hold WpWebs liable for business outcomes based on our services.

4. Payments & Refunds Fees:
Clearly outlined in proposals/invoices.
Payment Terms: 50% advance, 50% on completion (unless otherwise agreed).
Refunds: No refunds after project commencement (except under 30-Day Guarantee terms).

5. Intellectual Property
All deliverables (websites, designs, code) become your property upon full payment.
WpWebs retains rights to showcase work in our portfolio (unless signed NDA exists).

6. Limitation of Liability
WpWebs is not liable for:
Indirect damages (lost profits, data loss).
Third-party actions (e.g., Facebook algorithm changes affecting leads).

7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 15 days’ written notice. Unpaid work remains our property.

8. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: Mumbai Jurisdiction (India).
Arbitration preferred before legal action.

9. Amendments
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
